Terms of Use

SHSConnect is the online system of PLMar Senior High School for admission applications, application tracking, news and announcements, the chatbot, and the student portal. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please read them with your parent or guardian.

• Admission is open to residents of Marikina City.
• Give true and complete information, and upload only genuine documents. False information or documents may lead to your application being rejected or your admission being cancelled.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. The school decides through its admission process: the entrance exam, your documents and your eligibility.
• Keep your reference number. You need it to track your application.

• Accounts are created by the school. There is no self-registration.
• Change the temporary password you are given the first time you sign in, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell the Registrar's Office right away.
• Staff accounts are for authorized PLMar personnel only, and only for their school work.

You must not:

• sign in as someone else, or try to see records that are not yours;
• try to get around the system's security, or disrupt it;
• upload files that contain viruses or anything harmful; or
• use the chatbot or Contact Us to harass anyone or to send spam.

The school may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The chatbot answers general questions using AI, and its answers can be wrong or out of date. It cannot make decisions about your application or your grades. For anything official, rely on the Registrar's Office and the school's announcements.

The student portal shows your records as the school has recorded them. If you think something is wrong, contact the Registrar's Office. Official documents, such as your report card and certificates, are issued by the school, not printed from the portal.

We try to keep SHSConnect available, but it may be down at times for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may change or remove features at any time.

The PLMar name, seal and logos, and the content of SHSConnect belong to the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina. Do not copy or reuse them without the school's permission.

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
